Therapists at PAWC offer personalized counseling services to help people from all walks of life

Therapists provide counseling services for a variety of mental health issues, including
depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and relationship problems. Therapists provide individual,
couples, and family therapy sessions. They are equipped to work with clients of all ages,
genders, and sexual orientations. PAWC works with therapists who believe in a collaborative approach to counseling, working together with their clients to develop treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
Therapists use a variety of evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR),
among others. Psychotherapy services are confidential and therapists respect the privacy of all of their clients.
